Great cast in a great movie.
I do not like horror movies nor violence of any kind. That being said, at about the 30 minute mark I was hoping for a gory scene that would remove Evelyn from the scene. It only took another 10 before I began to fantasize about doing it myself.
I did love the ending also.

OUTSTANDING ENDING!!!
I too found it somewhat slow-moving, but I liked the characters, and it was good and meaty as far as content so kept my interest and kept me entertained and I am glad I stuck with it because THE ENDING WAS SUPERB!
If you like movies about crazy, manipulative women, such as: The Strange Woman, The Strange Love of Martha Ivers, or Becky Sharpe you will like this one.
The Wicked Witch of the West from the Wizard of Oz is in this. And she's kind of nice and brings the little girl cake and it made me laugh because I was always so afraid of her as a kid...

this movie was slow and ponderous, the insanity of the antagonist was annoying but unthreatening. I couldn't get past the first 30 minutes of it and decided I wish I had downloaded something else...
not the worst movie on the archive but without the mistakes that make those movies fun to watch
